This Cusco city tour is perfect for those who want a real insight into the the capital of the Incan empire, Cusco. You have the option of being picked up from your Hotel either in the morning or afternoon. You will travel by private bus to the temple of Water, Tambomachay, where your guide will answer any questions you have about this fascinating construction. A 10 minute private bus will then take you to Qenqo where you will experience breathtaking views and a guided tour. A furthe 5 minute bus ride will take us to the highlight of our tour Saqsayhuaman.
The tour begins with a visit to the temple of Qoricancha, a temple built during the government period of Pachacutec, the main temple of UrinQosqo (Cusco below) dedicated to the god Sol. Then we will visit the imposing Cathedral and the surroundings of the Plaza de Armas. The tour continues with the visit to the 4 ruins in the surroundings of the city.

Sacsayhuaman: In Inca times was called ” house of the sun ” , and was a major religious center This construction is attributed to the Incas of the last dynasty , is located 5 km from the city of Cusco.
Kenko: Located one kilometer of Sacsayhuaman , was a ceremonial center as shown in the center a giant monolith, possibly that of an animal which was the main deity , surrounded by niches where they placed offerings.
PucaPucara: PucaPucara: Old inn, lookout existed along the Inca roads. It is a construccion of rustic type, consisting of streets, houses, and courtyards.
Tambomachay: Located 9 km from Cusco city, known as the Inca’s bath, by the form of their water sources , could also be a temple dedicated to worship the water, then return to the city of Cusco .
